# Cast passports for the four animated campaign films

Version v02 changes the previously approved realistic casting portraits into expressive mature storybook 3D. The 16 original v01 portraits in `runs/gopure-narratives/passports/` are preserved. Each character has a separate generated PNG; these are not crops from a single generated cast collage.

Use `<id>-v02.png` as the film identity reference, `<id>.json` for role, relationships, emotional arc and invariants, `<id>-v02-request.json` for the exact built-in image-generation prompt, and `<id>-v02-lineage.json` for input/output hashes and direct inspection observations. Only `inspected-ready` JSONs are ready to consume. The shared style contract and timestamped reference evidence are in `../style/`.

The visual direction comes from direct inspection of nine frames across all five local reference videos. The two direct style inputs used for each portrait are `svekr` at 100 seconds and `sisterbrazil` at 8 seconds: rounded 3D face geometry, expressive eyes/brows, textured fabrics, practical soft light, and visibly adult or mature features. Original identity portraits are supplied as a distinct first input, with their face, hair, eye color, clothing and age specified explicitly. No reference character identity, subtitle, claim or anatomical visualization is copied into the new passports.

My honest assessment: these are substantially closer to the animated references than the original photographic passports, while retaining more mature facial/neck texture and less exaggerated facial proportions than the glossiest reference. They still lean toward editorial CGI realism; they are not an exact match to the more caricatured `targ`/`svekr` faces. Pilot moving footage should determine whether the video prompt provides sufficient additional stylization before bulk production. That is deliberate: the product is a cosmetic neck cream and the cast must not silently become younger. The change is an art style, not an efficacy before/after. Four family/friend groups remain easy to distinguish through silhouette and wardrobe color. The underlying original character dynamics and emotional arcs are unchanged.

Limits: a frontal head-and-chest portrait cannot prove full-body proportions, back/profile appearance, scene-to-scene continuity or lip sync. Those need separate verification in the generated films. Stylization modifies face geometry and shading; claims of pixel-identical anatomy would be false. Passport inspection checks identity cues and believable adult age, not a biometric identity guarantee or exact numerical age measurement.

No songs or videos were generated by the cast-passport task. The film workers consume these identity references and preserve the owner-approved song masters.
